Birdtitude is a special bird fans online store. We offer apparel and Home décor products with awesome bird designs like you have never seen before! And all that is especially for people who are just crazy with birds as we are. We work with a network of top suppliers to print our unique designs per order and ship our products directly from the source to you. We are here to inspire people to appreciate birds and their beauty, and to motivate to take an action! Even the smallest action matters – with every purchase on our store, you make a 1$ donation to bird conservation organizations and projects.



I didn't receive any tracking number. What should I do?

Please note that it may take some time for the tracking number to show. If your tracking number does not show within 10 days, please contact us at and indicate your order #. We will aspire to make you a happy customer!

The tracking information is sent to the email associated with your order. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you are receiving that email.

Can I cancel my order?

We do our best to give you the most accurate sizing using our Size Charts but no worries! If your shoes or boots don’t fit, we will do a one-time, Free Size Exchange (for one size difference).

How long will it take to ship my order?

At Birtitude, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver worldwide, and so the shipping times are subject to differ as follows:

United Stated: 7-15 business days

Canada: 8-19 days business days

International: 10-27 business days

In some instances, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery. 

Please take note that,  Birdtitude is NOT responsible for any applicable customs fees, import fees, taxes and other charges. The customer is responsible for the charge even, if the shipment is refused upon delivery.


I only received a part of my order?

Different items can come from different warehouses and in separate packages, so you might receive more than one package if you ordered several items. Please verify your email as we provide different shipping confirmation for items leaving separately.


My tracking says it was DELIVERED but I did not receive it?


We understand how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track their package via the shipping confirmation e-mail. 

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, kindly ask your local post office first and your immediate neighbor in case the package was received by mistake or on your behalf. 

The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue, if they can't track your package, please contact us to have the issue resolved for you.
