Because every single item on Birtitude is printed to order, we can’t exchange your product. But, your satisfaction is very important to us so we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact us at for assistance.

  • I’m not satisfied with the printing quality or the size, what should I do?
    If you are not satisfied with your product, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, 
    free of charge. We would really appreciate if you can send us a photo of the printing so we can see the problem as well.

Note: We only accept product return if the item is damaged. A change of mind or minor delay in the delivery will not be considered as a good reason for product return or refund.
